Manager:-A person responsible for controlling or administering an organization or group of staff.

Managerial roles

It is of three types are been followed bellow:-

1. Information handler.
2. Interpersonal role.
3. Decision maker.

Information handler

• Information monitor - Supervising activities in progress to ensure they are on-course and on-schedule in meeting the objectives and performance targets.

• Information disseminator -  Managers can disseminate information, it must first be gathered from inside as well as from outside the organization. To create an efficient environment, a skilled manager distributes information throughout the organization and, particularly, to his or her employees. • Spokesperson - A spokesman, spokeswoman or spokesperson is someone engaged or elected to speak on behalf of others.

Interpersonal role

A manager is working with various people amd intracting daily with different character.

• Liaison - Coordinating between two people and make things done on the situation. In other words Managers act as liaisons when making contacts with people outside of their area of responsibility, both inside their organization and outside in the world at large. Being a liaison involves networking, but it is far more than just amassing the most friends on your profile. It is about linking people with resources.

• Leader -  leader is a person who does the following: Creates an inspiring vision of the future. Motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision. Manages delivery of the vision.
