An applying knowledge is a skill
There are three types of skills they are
1)Conceptual skill-based on knowledge, example- engineer
2)Technical skill-worker
3)Human skill
  • Conceptual skills allow a manager to visualise the entire organisation and work with ideas and the relationships between abstract concepts
  • Technical skills are needed to actually get the work done; they are the techniques, practices, tools, and processes needed by front-line employees in the managers functional area
  •  Human Skills also called human relation skills, require communication and attention to relationships with others
                     MANAGEMENT
There 3 types of management they are
1)  Corporate level
2)  Business level
3)Operational level
  • Top-level management is focused on market positioning through long-range strategic planning.example -ceo's,board of directors
  • Middle-level managers deal with decision-making within their area of responsibility and implement projects that will meet the strategic objectives of the organisation.example-department heads
  • Low-level managers directly manage the workers and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business. They prioritise the tasks necessary to implement the projects determined by middle managers, which are in turn part of a long-range strategic plan example-supervisors
