ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

organisational structure is the hierarchy formed in organisations which is more suitable to them accordingly..
  There are basically 4 types of organisational structures:
    1. vertical structure
    2. horizental structure
    3.network structure
    4.matrix structure
1. vertical structure:
 it has multiple levels in organisational structure.in this structure when going down from the top level to downwards the power will decreases even  for the same designation
  eg: sales presidents of different branches will report to the sales vice president in the head office
2.horizental structure:
  it has few layers between the management and lower level of individuals and it is very easy to communicate it may be suitable for lower and middle level organisations
3. network structure:
  the design is structured in such a way of different levels of people in the organisation are working together for a common goal. in this structure hierarchy plays a less role and the work and responsibilities plays a major role
4.matrix structure:
 it is also called as a multiple command system.where one person had more than two authorities or where one boss share multiple sub ordinates or top management is the head of two departments

Types of board:
  there are two types of the board
   a)functional: they take care of managing and implementing decisions
     eg:managing directors
 
   b)Non functional:
      they takes the decisions and advicing in taking of decisions
       eg: chairman takes the key decisions
             ceo advices in taking of decisions
TASK FORCE AND NEGOTIATION:
 task force: task force is mainly formed for a particular purpose and after accomplishing that purpose it will be dissolved
  negotiation: negotiation is the process of getting benefecial by both parties without losing their own interests. it is also called as win win policy
