ORGANIZING:

                        Organizing is the process of defining and grouping the activities of the entire process and establishing the authority and relationship among them.
                         Organizing is a systematic process of structuring, integrating, coordinating,  task goals, and activities to resources in order to attain objectives.

PURPOSE:

  •                       Helps to achieve organizational goal.
  •                       Optimum use of resources.
  •                       To perform managerial function.
  •                       Facilitates growth and diversification.
  •                       Human treatment of employees.

APPLICATIONS: 

                      Involves the assignment of tasks, the grouping of tasks into departments and the assignment of authority with adequate responsibility and allocation of resources across the organization to achieve common goals.

CHAIN OF COMMAND:


                  Vertical lines :

                                          For overall responsibility and accountability in the achieving of stated goals and objectives through the use of orders one direction and reports of compliance in the other direction .

                   Horizontal lines:

                                          Which are basically the communication and coordinating lines of the organization.

ORGANIZATION:

                        Organization is an entity comprising multiple people, such as institution or association that has a collective goal and is linked to an external environment.

  •                       Educational institutions.


STRUCTURE:

                 

                            Committees or juries

FORMAL ORGANIZATION:

                            Organization established to achieve a defined objectives.

INFORMAL ORGANIZATION:

                            It expresses the personal objectives and goals .
